The AV-02 is run on 115 volt, single-phase power, drawing 10.98 amps. The Precision 20-quart mixer brags of being a workhorse with an over-sized heavy duty ½ hp motor and a gear-driven transmission. Comes standard with a stainless steel mixing bowl, dough hook, wire whip, and a beater/paddle and also includes a 15-minute self shutoff timer, #12 hub attachment, bowl safety guard, and bowl lift guard.

Optional 40-quart attachments are available for the HD-60 pizza mixer.
