• Available in models SE 80-160 or SE 200-900 for all the different mixing needs

• Universal dough mixer able to process whatever type of product (panettone, ciabatta, pizza, baguette, bread…)

• A strong and solid dough mixer, able to perform both high quality mixing and absolute mechanical reliability.

• Dough mixer engineered specifically for the production of French bread, brioche, pan brioches…

Traditional twin arm mixer, particularly indicated for confectionery products. Capacity from 40 up to 160 Kg of dough.

• Designed to couple confectioner's tradition to SANCASSIANO research and technology

• Available in different sizes from 120 up to 600 Kg of dough

• Mixing arm shape and speed can be adapted to customer's request

• Dough mixer suitable for biological products, ciabatta, cakes, puff pastry, pies…

 

• Versions from 120 litres up to 600 litres (bigger models upon request)
• Mixing group featuring 2 stainless steel tools
• Rotating bowl scraper in synthetic material installed on a stainless steel support
• Tri-phase mixing tool motor
• Grinded planetary gearbox for a more silent working and longer life, featuring an external execution in stainless steel
• Separate control box


Carousel Automatic Mixing System    

• It was the first dough automation introduced on the market by SANCASSIANO in 1980 and nowadays is still advanced thanks to its extraordinary productivity due to very short "dead time".
• Realised in more than 140 models all over the world.
The system can be easily adapted to the customer's needs, with several dosing stations, mixing stations (different types) and discharge systems (elevators ER1-OB, ER2, ERT).

• Exceptional mechanical sturdiness and maintenance reduced to less than 1 hour per week, thanks to innovative mechanical solutions (friction wheels, self-lubricating components, lubrication-free gearboxes…)
